I. Rules of the Money-Back Guarantee

This Money-Back Guarantee Policy is issued by Remote Genie AI (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of https://remotegenie.ai.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Submit your request in time

2. Actively use the platform

You must have genuinely used the platform during your subscription:

Monthly or annual plan: a minimum of 14 consecutive days of active use within the first 30 days after purchase.
Weekly plan: a minimum of 4 consecutive days of active use within the first 7 days after purchase.

3. Provide proof of adherence

You must demonstrate that you followed the platform rules as described in Section II below.

Upon submission, we will review your request and notify you by email within 5 business days regarding the outcome of your refund application.

II. Demonstrating Adherence to Platform Rules

To prove that you have followed our platform rules, submit screenshots from your Remote Genie AI account showing that you applied to:

At least 100 jobs over at least 14 consecutive days — for monthly and annual subscriptions.
At least 50 jobs over at least 4 consecutive days — for weekly subscriptions.

Important

Meeting the criteria above is the only basis for qualifying for a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to any other situation. Refund eligibility is assessed solely on the conditions stated in this policy.

III. General Rules for Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or expressly permitted by this policy, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if the conditions of the Money-Back Guarantee are not met. Exceptions may be considered on an individual basis at our sole discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted during the active subscription period. Requests made after the subscription has expired are generally ineligible.

U.S. Residents — California and Connecticut

If you are a resident of California or Connecticut, you may cancel a purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date and receive a full refund.

European Union and EEA Consumers

For consumers residing in the EEA or Switzerland, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By proceeding with payment and requesting immediate access to the Service at checkout, you expressly consent to the commencement of service before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

If you withdraw before service has commenced, you will receive a full refund. If service has already begun at the time of withdrawal, any refund will be prorated based on the proportion of the service provided prior to your notice of withdrawal.

Use of this form is optional — any clear written statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient, provided it is sent within the deadline.

IV. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at [email protected] from your registered account email address with the subject line Refund Request. Include:

Your full name and account email address.
The date of your initial purchase.
Screenshots demonstrating adherence to the platform rules (see Section II).
A brief description of the issue or reason for requesting a refund.

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days of receiving all required information.

V. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
